In the Collection of Resolutions of the United Nations as a Whole “International Decade of Action “Water for Sustainable Development” 2018-2028”
December 21, 2016, UN General Assembly Resolution A/RES/71/222 is the title, within the framework of the “International Decade of Action “Water for Sustainable Development” 2018-2028” by the 177th union of UN member countries, adopted by hammuallifiya and decoration. During his speech at the Forum, the President noted that “… in modern global risks, threats and challenges, including booming financial and economic development, population growth, climate change, there are often cases of providing hydrometeorological assistance, water shortages and, as a result, the standard of living will increase, the development of infectious diseases and the increase in maternal and child mortality, and all this we have similar noted that there are more and more measures on the world stage over the course of several years.”

In this regard, the Head of State proposed that during the international Decade of Action “Water for Life”, 2005-2015, in order to coordinate efforts and create a new international Decade in order to solve problems based on stimulating citizens related to water problems, as well as assistance in their management, must be established.

Still in its logic of the new international Decade of Action “Water for Life”, today it is believed that achieving the Sustainable Development Goals will not contribute.

It is known that on the initiative of the international Decade of Action “Water for Life, 2005-2015”, but in 2003 there was no proposal from the President. In the same year, it adopted resolutions of the UN General Assembly, on the initiative of Tajikistan, something of its own, something that was declared in the period from 2005 to 2015 as the international Decade of Action “Water for Life”, was declared. Also in this organization of the United Nations, on the initiative of the President of Russia, in its announcement, this, as in 2013, as well as in other international fresh water, reception from the Year.

Within the framework of the international Decade of Action “Water for Life”, as well as in the United Nations and in accordance with katanomahoi in 2010, 2013 and 2015, the United Nations, as well as international organizations, and even in three years. In July of this year, the Secretary General of the United Nations reported to all those present, such as: a report on the results of the implementation of the international Decade of Action “Water for Life”, 2005-2015 edition (A/71/260). In this report, “there have been significant achievements of ten years. The last decade in the history of the United Nations, taking into account the data about the Peshrawiho that comes at this time, cannot have been ten years, compared to others.”

In accordance with the United Nations resolution, as well as the goals of the Baynalmilaya Decade of Action “Water for Sustainable Development”, which will address the following issues:
water resources management for the purpose of sustainable development and achieving the goals of socio-economic development and mutizisti;

promotion and implementation of relevant programs and projects;

sharokat at all levels to promote and expand cooperation in the implementation of goals and objectives related to water resources, which were at a higher level in accordance with international ones, including the Sustainable Development Goals;
